Sparkling chemistry between Juliet “Bubbles” Lapointe and Nanette “Rose” Hofer is the heart of Bubbles and Rose Galentine’s Cabaret. Juliet and Nanette’s dynamic as a duo is as captivating as their individual talents. With Juliet’s effervescent charm and Nanette’s seasoned professionalism, the pair complement each other in ways that elevate their performances. “It’s rare to find someone you click with both on and off stage,” Juliet shares. “Nanette and I bring different strengths, and together it just works.”
Nanette agrees: “We’ve found this natural rhythm where our ideas bounce off one another, creating something truly special. Juliet’s warmth and humor bring out my playful side, and we just have fun building these shows together.”
Crafting the cabaret
The concept of Bubbles and Rose began with a shared vision: to create an event that blends music, comedy, and heartfelt storytelling in a way that feels personal and fresh. After a successful Christmas show last year, Juliet and Nanette realized they had something unique to offer. “We wanted to create an experience that feels like you’re spending an evening with your favorite family members who also happen to put on a great show,” Juliet says.
Nanette adds, “The cabaret is about connection. It’s interactive, intimate, and filled with moments that make you laugh, cry, and reflect. We’re telling a story that people can see themselves in, and we’re doing it with music that ranges from classic Broadway to unexpected comedic gems.”
Shared mission
Juliet brings a background in musicals like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Anastasia, and Nanette has extensive experience with opera, regional theatre, and professional vocal coaching. While their styles may differ, their passion for the arts unites them. Both performers are committed to enriching the local community and showcasing the versatility of the performing arts.
“This isn’t just about entertainment,” Juliet explains. “It’s about fostering a sense of belonging and creating a space where people feel seen and celebrated.” Nanette nods, adding, “We want to elevate the arts here in Prescott Valley. This cabaret is just the beginning.”
